About The CAFM Explorer User Group

Founded in 1984, the CAFM Explorer User Group has always been independent and we at FMx believe the simplicity, strength and success of CAFM Explorer is a direct result of our relationship with the User Group.

The Group is a strong community that encourages networking with other FM communities as well as CAFM Explorer Users.

Purpose
The primary purpose of the User Group is for Facilities Professionals who are using CAFM Explorer to have their say on future enhancements. The Group work together in splinter groups and workshops, partnering FMx where appropriate.

Events
User Group events are committed to delivering results and are therefore based around workshops. The workshops are run by customers, for customers, with an objective to tease out anything that can improve CAFM Explorer. They encourage interaction at all levels with hands on management and strategic sessions. There are also opportunities to network with like minded Users and interact with FMx’s experts.

At the grass roots level, splinter groups and committee sessions culminate in an annual event that is normally at a facility strategic venue, such as clients own innovative sites or sites like Wembley Stadium, NEC Birmingham, BAFTA, The London Stock Exchange and other prestigious venues.

To become part of influencing the direction of CAFM Explorer, networking with other Users and benefiting from workshops and an extensive knowledge base, please email the CAFM Explorer User Group Chairman at usergroup@cafmexplorer.com.

“From a business perspective it was valuable for Lovells to be involved and a lot of good ideas and contacts have been made”. Lovells
